J. H. Ziegler builds plant in Hungary

J.H. Ziegler will start production of Nonwovens in Hungary in the 2nd quarter of 2006.
In a green field investment a 18000 m² property was purchased at Bábolna (near Györ, northwest Hungary).The total volume of the investment is approx. 3.5 Mio EUR (4.2 Mio USD).
From the new location mainly the furniture and automotive markets in Central and Eastern Europe will be supplied. In this area Ziegler creates already today more than 20 % of its turnover and expects further growth.
The employment at the main facility in Achern/Germany will not be affected by the investment.
