More than 100 years of experience – from the cotton wool factory to a modern manufacturer
of nonwovens
Today, J.H. Ziegler is a modern manufacturer of technical nonwovens made of staple fibres. Even if the processing of natural fibres has been increasing in recent years, synthetic fibres, especially those based on polyester, are still the main raw material because of its convincing technical properties. |

In the 1960s, Ziegler began to move away from the traditional manufacture of technical wadding materials made of
natural and processed fibres, e.g. for the upholstery industry, and began to manufacture nonwovens. The decades of
experience with upholstery materials is still reflected in numerous technical products which are used in automobiles or
in trains.
In addition, the range of products also offers interesting solutions for numerous other markets, such as plastics or
the construction industry.
