The flexibility of the materials and the technologies used allows J.H. Ziegler to manufacture nonwovens with very different properties. Velcro-laminated and antistatic nonwovens, fire blockers, moisture absorbing composites and diverse combinations of these are only a few specialities in our product range.
The particular strength of J.H. Ziegler are its individually customised products. Many product innovations originate from discussions between industrial customers and the technically trained employees of J.H. Ziegler. If required, the nonwovens can be custom-finished using our CAD-controlled cutter.
Nearly every order is carried out individually: after receiving the order it is produced, finished and packed. All manufacturing steps, which are often given to specialised external companies in other firms, are carried out in-house at J.H. Ziegler: cutting of layered materials, which are delivered to the customer after the desired finishing and packaging, or rolled material can be delivered in any length and width, and can be perforated or de-linted if desired.
Development, production and marketing under one roof ensures a fast and accurate communication both internally and with the customer.
