Just-in-time deliveries

As a manufacturer of voluminous goods, J.H. Ziegler is aware of the problems of small storage facilities and rapid changes in products. Therefore, a just-in-time delivery is one of the main objectives of our service. Through our new site in Hungary, we are able to guarantee this in Central and Eastern Europe, too.

Nonwovens and pre-cut parts from one source

A further service that offers many benefits is the finishing of nonwoven materials. In those cases in which the processing of textiles is not a standard practice of the customer, he does not need to invest in additional technology or to use a further service company. The customer can order nonwovens and finishing from one company - us. In the case of framework agreements, J.H. Ziegler can nearly always guarantee a 48-hour delivery service. This is ensured by our employees who know their customers and whose service does not end at the delivery of the goods to the loading bay.

For Ziegler, the fulfilment of quality and environmental standards is a matter of course. Ziegler’s quality management system in Germany has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1995. The certification was changed in 2002 to the process-oriented standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and was extended to comply with the automobile standard TS 16949:2002 in 2003. This stringent standard includes the requirements of VDA 6.1 and QS 9000.

For the Hungarian site too, the certification is planned in a short term.

In 1997, our environmental management system was certified according to the EU Ecoauditing Directive. Furthermore, HACOfill and HACOsoft products also fulfil the requirements of the Ecotex 100 Standard for baby clothing.

Our commitment to environmental protection goes beyond pure certification. Examples include the development of single-material composites, which can be more easily recycled, and the limited use of packaging materials. In those cases where its use cannot be avoided, J.H. Ziegler will take the packaging materials back.
