Structure
HACOlux is a foam/nonwoven composite produced by adhesive bonding of the individual layers. The fibres on the upper face are usually covered with charmeuse, whereas the rear face of the foam is laminated so that the foam slides, thus facilitating stitching.
Characteristics
HACOlux has a very good padding effect with a soft and yielding impression on sitting down. By stitching the material onto a leather cover, the thickness of the foam core can be reduced. The comfort improved at the same time by using two foams with different hardnesses.
Applications
HACOlux is mainly used for padding in high-quality seats.
